This includes the option of uploading a photo of your request. Service requests are sent directly to the department head responsible for handling the matter.

Monroe County staffers will respond to See Click Fix requests during regular business hours. If we receive a request on a holiday, weekend, or after hours, we will read it on the next business day.
SeeClickFix is not to be used for emergencies.
