The Boil Water Advisory has been lifted for North Monroe County Water System customers.
Monroe County’s water system management firm, H2O Innovations, received state approval this afternoon (Tuesday, Jan. 3) on our 24-hour bacteria test sample, enabling us to lift the Boil Water Advisory, which had been in effect since Dec. 26.
This means the water in the North Monroe County Water System is once again safe for consumption.
